Twitch is fast becoming the sweet spot for live streaming. You can find Battlefield sessions, Minecraft live builds and epic sessions of people playing a vintage Ms. Pacman machine. Around the Britelite office we have found a different use for this lofty gamer tool.

Anyone who does graphic arts for fun or profit is well familiar with the online tutorial process. It is impossible to know every technique in any program that you are using so constantly getting up to speed on the current techniques is something we spend a fair amount of time on over here. We have discovered that Twitch allows us to watch some of our favorite artist’s work in their own element. It is a really unique way to watch art and it allows us to be able to see the whole process, not just what is covered in a tutorial.

We have also been doing some streaming of our own. Britelite resident artist and all around render duke Nat has been broadcasting his work on his channel http://www.twitch.tv/vjvoodoo.

Nat creates stunning 3d renders using the newest techniques and plugins for Cinema 4d including Octane, After Effects and friends, X particle and Hot 4D.

Check in to see his daily render get, well… rendered. See you guys on the stream.
